Elizabeth City Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy
Dr. Steven Faber began Elizabeth City Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy in 1993. We are currently located at 216 N McMorrine St inside of Fitness Warehouse. Dr. Faber has been practicing Wing Chun for over 40 years. We are a direct Ip Man Lineage school. Yip Man trained Moy Yat. Moy Yat trained Lee Moy Shan and Lee Moy Shan trained our Sifu, Dr. Faber.
Dr. Faber brings a great deal of knowledge of the human body including fitness and ways to control and immobilize, as well as instilling in us a desire to become better in all aspects of our lives. This is not just a Martial Art to him, but something that can benefit every aspect of your life.
Grandmaster Moy Yat was trained by Grandmaster Yip Man, the most famous of all Wing Chun practitioners.
